Investment Details

Full payment is required before any project or service can begin. Payments must be completed through the official checkout process before creative work, consultations, or production starts.

As all services involve dedicated creative time, planning, and digital labor, all sales are final and non-refundable. If an issue is determined to be the result of an error on our end, a 50% store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Only one active booking per client is permitted at a time to ensure every project receives personalized attention and quality service.



Turnaround Expectations

An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed and all required information has been submitted.

  • Design Services: 3–7 business days
  • Physical Products: 1–3 weeks

Turnaround times are based on business days only and do not include weekends, holidays, or delays caused by missing information, approval delays, or incomplete submissions.

Business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST and are strictly enforced.



Design Revisions & Adjustments

Each project includes up to two complimentary revisions to ensure your design meets expectations.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $10 per revision request.

Major redesigns, concept changes, or requests that significantly alter the approved direction of a project may require an additional redesign fee.

Once a project has been approved and finalized, any future edits will be treated as a new service request.



Project Approval Process

A draft or proof will be provided for review before final delivery.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all content, including spelling, grammar, contact information, and design details before providing final approval.

Once approval has been given and final files have been delivered, responsibility for any overlooked errors transfers to the client.



Communication & Project Participation

Project updates will be provided through email or phone communication.

To keep projects moving efficiently, clients are expected to respond to requests for information, approvals, and revisions in a timely manner.

Delays in communication may affect turnaround times and move projects to the next available opening in our schedule.

All sensitive information shared during the project process will remain private and will never be posted, shared, or disclosed without prior consent.



Final Deliverables

Final files will be delivered in the format included with your purchased service. Additional file formats may be available upon request depending on the project.

Watermarked previews may be used during the design process and will be removed once final approval has been received and the project has been completed.



Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or events beyond our control may affect project timelines.

Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with an updated estimated completion date. Every effort will be made to complete your project while maintaining the highest quality standards.



Agreement

By completing your purchase and checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, and conditions outlined above.
